The INOXPA highly qualified team of professionals took part in the technical seminar,”Efficient use of pumping equipment in the food-processing industry”, organised by the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Action of the Government of Catalonia on the 22th of February in the town of Monells.
The needs of the food-processing industry in fluid transfer were set out in detail during the three presentations that took place on this day. Information was given regarding the design parameters and the use of various pumping devices available on the market, their application and efficiency from the point of view of performance and energy. It also served to offer a practical review of all the equipment types that can be used in the food-processing industry, as well as the different solutions applicable to each case. INOXPA’s extensive experience in this field was presented by Lluis Busquets, a commercial technician for food-processing pumps, who was in charge of the presentation called “The importance of pump selection in the food-processing industry”.
INOXPA showed its commitment to the training by giving a sectioned Aspir pump with a support to the EUREKA training centre in Paris. This pump will be used as training material in various training courses focusing on pumps and suction facilities in the food-processing, cosmetic and pharmaceutical sectors.
