Internationalisation of the INOXPA Group
The fact that we are currently going through particularly difficult economic times is nothing new, although the steps taken by businesses to overcome this situation and continue to move forward perhaps deserve a mention.

INOXPA has operated internationally from its beginnings. This has allowed the company to face this new challenge with respect but no complexes, with caution but no fear, whilst recognising from the very outset that internationalisation is not just a business strategy but a survival strategy as well.

In order to tackle this new phase successfully, INOXPA has committed itself to strengthening its brand image and consolidating its presence in emerging markets.

In this latter context we refer specifically to India and China, two of the economies with the highest growth potential and ability to attract investment on a global scale. The goal is to establish manufacturing plants in both countries. The first phase will involve the manufacture of various product lines for the rest of the group and components with a consequent assembly in Banyoles, whereas the second phase will involve the development of specific products for the domestic markets and for the countries in this region, with special emphasis on the INOXPA Solutions.

This will involve the creation of a new structure for the promotion of the company’s sales activities. These activities will be managed and monitored from the Group’s headquarters in Banyoles, with special attention to controlling the quality of the raw materials and the manufacturing process as a whole. These initiatives are both present and future projects. In 2009, INOXPA consolidated its presence in these countries, and manufacturing activity at the company’s plants in Pune (India) and Jiaxing (China) is planned to start in 2010.
